Our Mission
The investors behind El Cortijo sought to support their community by operating a friendly bar and restaurant that serves as a meeting place. We believe in giving back to the community that has sustained us.
El Cortijo Paredon is located a short drive from Pinoso, Alicante. We are a centre for the community offering food, drinks and much more. We are proud to be the number one venue for live music in the Pinoso area.

Our beautiful infinity pool is the perfect place to cool off during the summer months. Open May through September.

Our Vision for the Future
Farm-to-Table Initiative
Converting old animal enclosures to raise chickens, turkeys, and pigs. Fresh eggs from our own hens will be used in our kitchen.
Vegetable Garden
Our full-time gardener is developing vegetable and fruit cultivation, including experimental techniques like aquaponics.
Community Allotments
Future plans include rentable allotment spaces with on-site gardening support for community members.
Local Shop
A planned retail space featuring organic juices, local honey, artisan oils, and produce from our allotments.
